What about massage therapy?
Our RMT, Rebecca Seto-Leung, is not accepting ICBC patients (since March 2024). Massage bookings are private-pay / extended health.
How much does ICBC cover?
ICBC sets pre-approved treatments, fees, and time limits under Enhanced Care. Those details can change, so we point you to the official page rather than quoting numbers here.
What should I bring?
Please bring your ICBC claim number and your Personal Health Number (PHN). For active rehab after a collision, a family-doctor referral is also helpful — we can confirm what we need when you book.
Will there be a balance to pay?
ICBC covers up to its set amount per treatment. If our fee is higher, you pay the difference. We will explain this when you book.
